Transcript Request
Transcript request forms can be completed in the DHS School Counseling Office and processed for a $2 fee.
If you are unable to come to the school, please fill out the form below and mail it with the $2 fee to Dover High School, ATTN: School Counseling Department - Registrar, Dover, NH 03820. Please be sure to include the name and address of where you would like the transcript sent, along with your phone number in case we have any questions, if you are not picking it up.
There is a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time on all transcript requests.
