24-25 Course Registration Information

OVERVIEW OF ELECTIVE SELECTION for 24-25 School Year

It is time to start planning for next school year!  There are many steps involved in the scheduling process. First, is for students & their parents/guardians to review the Program of Studies to choose 6 electives for the 24-25 school year.

Please pay special attention to prerequisites and grade level requirements when reviewing the Program of Studies description. The Program of Studies is posted in the Counselor’s Google Classrooms and on the Counseling Webpage

The application for CTC programs will open on January 1, 2024. Students who are interested in CTC programs must apply by March 5, 2024.  Please contact Ms. Webster with any questions about CTC programs: [email protected]. Students won’t be able to add in CTC programs as an elective choice in Infinite Campus.  Once they are accepted to the program the class will be added in for them.

Please remember students need the following credits to graduate:

  • .5 credit of Computer
  • 1.0 credit of Fine Arts
  • .5 credit of Health
  • .5 credit of PE 1 & .5 credit of a PE Elective (or Sports Participation Credit; 2 seasons of a sport after freshman year)

During Advisory on January 8th, there will be a presentation to guide students through the process of entering electives in Infinite Campus. Students will have one week to enter in their electives as the deadline is 1/26/24.

Students must be able to log in to their Infinite Campus account to enter electives.  Please contact the Tech Helpdesk for assistance: https://sau11.sysaidit.com/servicePortal

Core courses are entered by teacher recommendation by 1/26/24.

Lastly, all students still need to make appointments with their counselors to complete course selections and review credits. Counselors will begin meeting with students 1-1 to review their course selection starting on 1/31/24. Course registration is not first come first served as the master schedule is built after requests are made.

Incoming Freshmen (Class of 2028) will go through this process in March.
